The franchise team at Gap Inc. needed a way to gather the leveraged assets from each brand and share them with partners, so by tapping into SharePoint within the Office 365 suite used by the enterprise, I was able to unlock a mulititude of features and capabilites, while still protecting assets and even capitalizing on considerable cost-savings for the division.
The “Hub” was branded and built as an online platform that offered asset sharing and communications to the cross functional teams and their respective business partners. Built from the ground up, it offered partner-specific sharing, mobile responsiveness, enabled virtual market weeks, and included forty-plus pages and over a thousand users.
